K-pop girl group Babymonster has confirmed plans for its second world tour, set to be larger in scale than its previous one and bringing the group face-to-face with fans across Europe, Oceania and South America.
On March 16, YG Entertainment posted “2026–27 BABYMONSTER WORLD TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT” on its official blog, unveiling the outline of the upcoming tour scheduled to begin in June. The announcement follows an earlier teaser from the label’s executive producer Yang Hyun-suk.
According to the poster released that day, Babymonster will kick off the tour in Seoul before heading to six cities in Japan — Kobe, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Chiba, Nagoya and Osaka. The group also plans to perform across five continents, including Asia and North America, while visiting Oceania, Europe and South America for the first time since its debut.
Babymonster previously held its first world tour beginning in January last year, performing 32 shows across 20 cities and drawing a total audience of about 300,000. With the second tour set to expand further in scale, the group’s growing global momentum is expected to accelerate even more.
“Thanks to the strong support from fans, we are able to launch our second world tour sooner than expected,” YG Entertainment said in a statement. “Both the artists and staff are putting their hearts into preparing more dynamic and upgraded performances for Monstiez, the group’s fandom around the world. We ask for your continued interest and support.”
Ahead of the tour’s launch in June, Babymonster will release a new mini album in May. Its title track will be “CHOOM.”
